CCNP-Certified Hopefuls Can Take Advantage of These Boot Camps
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification is required for people who want to have a job concerning medium-sized networks. This means that CCNP certified people have the ability to install and configure local and wide area networks of more than 100 to 500 nodes, as well do troubleshooting. They can also work on programs such as broadband, VPNs and QoS. For one to be able to get a CCNP, a CCNA certification is required before going into the three or four test path which includes Building Scalable Cisco Internetworks (BSCI), Building Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks (BCMSN, Implementing Secure Converged Wide Area Networks (ISCW) and Optimizing Converged Cisco Networks (ONT).There are lots of CCNP boot camps that offer theoretical reviews and hands-on training. These boot camps can run up to thousands of dollars in tuition fees. However, they do offer knowledgeable instructors as well as real laboratory scenarios for the students to practice installing and troubleshooting programs. CCNP certificates do expire so one has to re-certify or take a CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) written exam and pass it. An alternative to CCNP bootcamps are self-study or self-review programs which you can do by downloading information online. But with this, you have no real hands-on training that you can use for the exam proper which is one thing you should consider.
